Nimbus Projects is a multi dimensional company dealing with all aspects of real estate business.
It is a real estate development company with operations primarily in various parts of the Delhi & NCR, including NOIDA and Greater Noida.
It involved in residential and commercial real estate development projects ranging from, plotted development, group housing consisting of high rise and low rise apartments and other commercial properties such as Multiplexes, Hotels and Resorts.

About Raymond Realty Ltd

Raymond Realty Limited was incorporated as a public Company in name and style of Raymond Lifestyle Limited' dated November 14, 2019 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
Further, Company name was changed to Raymond Realty Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 5, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
Company was incorporated with the objective to engage in business of builders, developers and allied real estate related activities. Prior to the Scheme of Arrangement being approved by Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, Company was a wholly owned Subsidiary of Raymond Limited.
