Techindia Nirman Limited, formerly known as Nath Seeds Private Limited was incorporated in 1980 as a Private Limited Company and was converted into a Public Limited Company in 1987.
The name of the Company was changed to 'Techindia Nirman Limited' on October 31, 2014.
The Company is presently engaged in the business of business of infrastructure development.
