NMS Global Limited was initially incorporated as IFM Impex Global Limited on September 15, 1986.
Thereafter, it was changed to NMS Resources Global Limited on July 5, 2018.
With due approval from the Registrar of Companies, the Company amended a change in its name to NMS Global Limited in 2023.
The Company is engaged in the business of Trading & Consultancy, Skill Development, infrastructure as well as Pay roll services.
Earlier, it worked with the object of Food related work, now the Company is starting work as a consultancy services after the alteration of Object Clause of the Company. During the period 2017-18, the Company changed its nature of business; and subsequently diversified its activities into the field of contracting services like Civil Construction, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Skill Development, Financial Consultancy and Engineering Services & Publication and Advertising.

SIS Limited was erstwhile incorporated as 'Security and Intelligence Services (Eastern India) Private Limited' on January 2, 1985.
In order to expand operations at national level, the words Eastern India' were removed from company name in 1992, and the name of the company was changed to Security and Intelligence Services (India) Private Limited' on May 27, 1992.
Subsequently, the Company converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to Security and Intelligence Services (India) Limited' on July 29, 1993.
The name was then changed to SIS Limited on October 29, 2020. The Company has a portfolio in Security Solutions, Facility Management and Cash Logistics Services.
