In October 2009, the name of the company was changed from Kingston Properties Pvt Ltd to Oberoi Realty Pvt Ltd. In December 2009, the status of the Company was converted in to a public limited company and the name was changed to Oberoi Realty Limited. Oberoi Realty is a Mumbai based Real Estate Development Company.
It is focused on premium developments in the residential, office space, retail, hospitality and social infrastructure projects.
In the real estate space, Oberoi Realty is an established brand with an impeccable track record.

Rap Corp Limited was initially incorporated in 1994 under the name 'Rap Media Limited'.
