In December 2009, the status of the Company was converted in to a public limited company and the name was changed to Oberoi Realty Limited. Oberoi Realty is a Mumbai based Real Estate Development Company.
It is focused on premium developments in the residential, office space, retail, hospitality and social infrastructure projects.
