The Company is engaged in the trading of various commodities like Yellow Peas, Rapeseed Meal, Paper, Crude Palm Oil, Polythene Bags, Inverters, Heavy Equipment, Brazilian Soyabean, PCs, Soyabean Oil, Pulses etc.
Also, it is engaged in trading of computer peripherals and accessories and it procures/markets in the Southeast Asia, Africa and the Middle East and Other countries.
The strength of the Company lies in the efficient and economical supply and transportation of goods virtually to any point across India and the globe. The Company is focused on trading in various Agro products in India and internationally.
The Company has been trading and merchandising Oilseeds, Grains, Pulses, Spices, and various agro based products in all the principal world markets.

About Shankara Buildpro Ltd

Shankara Buildpro Limited was incorporated as 'Shankara Buildpro Private Limited' on October 13, 2023, as a wholly owned subsidiary of SBPL, in the state of Karnataka.
Further, pursuant to conversion of Company from private company into public company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Shankara Buildpro Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 30, 2023.
The Company was incorporated with the primary focus on engaging in retailing, trading, warehousing, wholesale distribution and ecommerce activities related to all building materials. The Trading Business of erstwhile promoter SBPL got transferred into the Company as a going concern. pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger with effect from April 01, 2024, making it effective from 9th September 2025.
Prior to transfer of Trading Business from SBPL to Company, the Company had not commenced revenue-generating operations and did not have any income from operations.
