Om Infra Limited, is a conglomerate having diverse business activities and interests related to Hydro mechanical equipments, turnkey solutions for steel fabrication, Hydro power developments, Real Estate, Leasing, Finance, Entertainment centers, Hotels and tourism.
The Company is in the field of turnkey execution - from design, detail engineering, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete range of Hydro mechanical equipment of hydroelectric power and irrigation projects, PHED, PWD & various Corporations with its manufacturing facilities located at Kota Rajasthan and project sites.

Rulka Electricals Limited was originally incorporated on May 30, 2013 as 'Rulka Electricals Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
Subsequently, the Company converted into Public Limited Company and name of Company was changed to 'Rulka Electricals Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 02, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
