About Om Power Transmission Ltd

Om Power Transmission Limited was originally incorporated as Om Power Transmission Private Limited' as a private limited Company pursuant to a certificate of incorporation on June 29, 2011.
Subsequently, Company became a public limited Company and the name of Company was changed to Om Power Transmission Limited' w.e.f.
September 15, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Om Power Transmission is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Company offering a wide range of integrated end-to-end services including infrastructures project, power transmission and distribution, Extra High Voltage (EHV) substation including design, supply, civil works, construction, underground cabling, testing, Construction and Operation & Maintenance. Since commencement of the operations in 2011 in Gujarat, Company has commissioned transmission lines, substations and underground cables, covering in aggregate over 1,000 circuit kilometers (CKM) of transmission lines and 11 substations respectively.

R.J. Shah & Company Limited was incorporated in 1957.
The Company is engaged in construction of small and medium size Hydroelectric Project with EPC contract or civil work with Hydro Mechanical works over the past few years.
It expertises in executing contracts obtained from various Govt.
Departments.
Company is specialized in underground works of tunnels, cavern shafts, inclined tunnels with government and semi governments or various Electricity Boards, Railways, Atomic Power Station, Irrigation etc, and work receipts is mainly for these works. The Company completed the contract works for Bridge across River Pravara and Ventilation tunnel for Ghatghar Works during FY2002-03. In 2008, Company secured further civil works with penstock, fabrication & erection works in Private Sector for Suman Sarvari Hydro Electric Project near Kulu in Himachal Pradesh & Neera Deogarh Hydro Electric Project near Pune in Maharashtra totaling to about more than about 15 Crores Since then till FY 2023, the Company has been executing civil projects from 1960 onwards and Hydro Projects from 1967 onwards and have contributed for nation building.
