Upon conversion of Company from a public limited company to a private limited company, name was changed to 'MTR Foods Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 4, 2008 was issued by the RoC. Thereafter, name was changed to 'Orkla India Private Limited' dated January 4, 2024.
Upon the conversion of Company into a public limited, the name of Company was changed to 'Orkla India Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 25, 2025 was issued by Central Processing Centre.
