Thereafter, name was changed to 'Orkla India Private Limited' dated January 4, 2024.
Upon the conversion of Company into a public limited, the name of Company was changed to 'Orkla India Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 25, 2025 was issued by Central Processing Centre.
