Oswal Overseas Limited was incorporated on May 31, 1984 in the name of 'ANK Impex Private Limited'.
Subsequently, on October 9, 1984, it changed the name from 'ANK Impex Private Limited' to 'ANK Impex Limited' and again on May 6, 1992 under the fresh Certificate of Incorporation, it was changed to 'Oswal Overseas Limited'. The Company is an established player in the sugar industry with an installed capacity of 3500 TCD at its plant situated at Aurangabad, Nawabganj, Bareilly.
The Company possesses an experience of more than 2 decades in sugar manufacturing.
The unit is strategically situated in cane rich belt of central Uttar Pradesh.
Being the Seasonal Industry, OOL's growth plan & profitability depends on various cyclic constraints.

About Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd

Shree Renuka Sugars Limited (SRSL) is one of the largest sugar and green energy producers in India.
Based in Belagavi, Karnataka, the Company operates eight state-of-the-art mills including two belonging to its subsidiary companies, with the capacity for power co-generation and ethanol production capabilities in three mills.
It also operates two of the largest sugar refineries in the state of Gujarat and West Bengal, making it one of the biggest refiners and exporters of refined sugar in the world.
