Oval Projects Engineering Limited is primarily an infrastructure services company engaged in the business of providing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) industrial infrastructure services and operations and maintenance (O&M) services especially in the Oil & Gas sector.

W S Industries (India) Limited (WSI), was initially incorporated as 'W S Insulators of India Limited' in 1961.
The name of the Company was changed to W S Industries (India) Limited in 1987.
The Company promoted by N S Sethuraman and V Srinivasan's group of Hydro S & S Industries and W S Telesystems is into manufacture of a wide range of insulators, lightning arresters, coupling capacitors, capacity voltage transformers, instrument transformers, line traps and reactors.
