Thereafter, the status of the Company converted into a Public Company to P S Raj Steels Limited' following a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on August 06, 2024 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana.
The Company operate primarily in manufacturing Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes.
Key sectors include railways, furniture, households, gate railing, door frames, rice plants, sugar mills, food processing, heat exchanger etc. The Company commenced trading in stainless steel during the period 2005-06; it set up a manufacturing plant in Hisar district of Haryana and began construction work in 2006-07.
It purchased 2 tube mills and other machines in establishing the production line in 2007-08.

Rajputana Stainless Limited was initially incorporated as Rajputana Steel Castings Private Limited' dated April 2, 1991 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Subsequently, the status was converted to a Public company, and the name was changed from Rajputana Steel Castings Private Limited' to Rajputana Steel Castings Limited', dated June 18, 2007.
Thereafter, name of the Company was changed to Rajputana Stainless Limited' dated July 12, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The Company started the commercial business in 1993 with manufacturing of mild steel products and steel castings.
At the time of incorporation, the Company was promoted and run by the erstwhile promoters i.e.
Shri O.P. Agarwal, and Shri Ram Sharan Tambi.
