Parker Agro Chemicals Limited was incorporated on 13 August, 1993 by converting the existing joint stock firm of the promoters running under the name and style of 'M/s.Shri Krishna Associates'.
The Company is India's largest independent liquid storage company and is presently engaged in the business of trading in commodities & renting of storage tank farm at its liquid storage facility near Kandla Port in Gujarat. The Company operates a petroleum distribution business, Import and export of gold and silver is conducted by the Company through RBI-nominated agencies and import license.
Initially, the Company was carrying on the business of handing and providing warehousing facilities under the name and style of 'M/s Shri Krishna Associates' with its business place in Ahmedabad.
It had set up an export oriented project of BSS Castor oil and Castor oil derivatives.

About Updater Services Ltd

Updater Services Limited was incorporated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu as Updater Services Private Limited' dated November 13, 2003 issued by the RoC. Thereafter, Company converted from a Private Limited to a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to Updater Services Limited', via fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 24, 2022 issued by the RoC. Company is engaged in providing facility management services like integrated facility management services to various industries such as information technology, information technology enabled services, manufacturing, hospitality and other industries and catering services, which includes industrial catering, and services at food courts.
Integrated facility management services include housekeeping, staffing, production support, mechanical and electrical services, garden management, pest control and catering solutions.
