Incorporated in 1960, Permanent Magnet Limited is one of the flagship Companies of Taparia group, Mumbai and one of the leading manufacturers of Cast alloy Permanent Magnets, Parts and accessories of electricity and electric vehicle parts in the world.
The Company commenced its business in 1960 and is a leading solution provider of electrical components and assemblies based on certain core technologies which find application in the automobile, energy meter, renewable energy, aerospace & defence, food & beverage and many other such industries.
PML also supplies Gas meters parts and accessories.
The assembly includes Die cast parts, Plastic parts, Brass parts, Bi-metal parts, Stainless steel parts and special copper alloy and nickel alloy parts.

About Siemens Ltd
Siemens Limited was erstwhile incorporated as 'Siemens Engineering and Manufacturing Company of India Private Limited' on 2 March, 1957.
In March 1957, the company entered into a collaboration agreement with two foreign companies, viz., Siemens & Halske AG and Siemens Schuckertwerke AG of West Germany.
The name of Siemens & Halske AG was changed to Siemens AG in 1966 and at the same time, it took over manufacturing and business activities of Siemens-Schuckertwerke AG and Siemens-Reiniger-Werke AG. Subsequently, Company was converted into public company and name of the Company was thereafter changed from Siemens Engineering & Manufacturing Company of India Limited to Siemens India Limited on October 23, 1967 and thereafter to Siemens Limited on 31 March, 1987.
