The Company is a subsidiary of KHL Finance Limited holding 60.50% of its paid up equity share capital as at March 31, 2026. The Company is leading manufacturer of various polymeric compounds for Power cable, Telephone cable and Engineering Plastics.
It primarily serves industries such as plastics, packaging, automotive, electrical and electronics, construction, consumer goods, and other industrial sectors.

Incorporated on 21 November, 1983, Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Limited was promoted by the Shah and Motasha families.
The company's factory at Baska (Halol), Gujarat, manufactures and markets PVC Vinyl Floorings, which are used in household, offices, shops, health clubs, hotels, schools, railways, buses etc.
