About Powerica Ltd

Powerica Limited was initially incorporated as a Private Company under the name 'Consolidated Power Systems Private Limited' on May 4, 1984 with the RoC, Maharashtra at Mumbai.
The Company was subsequently was changed to Powerica Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 5, 1989 was issued by the RoC. The Company business operations are divided into two major verticals, comprising of generator set business and wind power business. The Company is a complete power solution provider of diesel generator sets, both primary and secondary, and is one of three OEMs in India for Cummins India Limited, which was formed since 1984.
The Company provide diesel generator solutions by manufacturing, marketing/ supply, installation, testing and commissioning and after-sales servicing and maintenance of diesel generator sets powered by Cummins engines.

About Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd

Servotech Renewable Power Systems Limited was initially incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Servotech Power Systems Private Limited' on September 24, 2004.
Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Servotech Power Systems Limited' on May 24, 2017 and again was renamed as 'Servotech Renewable Power Systems Limited' vide revised Certificate of Incorporation on December 18, 2024. Initially, Servotech was manufacturing Inverters, UPS and Servo Stablizers under the brand name 'SERVOTECH'.
The Company started production of LED products in the year 2011.
Its products include LED light bulbs, LED downlights, LED flood light, LED panel lights, LED tube lights, LED bay lights, outdoor lights (street lights, floodlights). The Company is primarily engaged in manufacturing of LED lights and Solar power products.
