About Premco Global Ltd

Premco Global Limited is specializing in the manufacture of Woven and Knitted Elastic Tapes and non-Elastic Narrow Fabric and Webbing.
In addition to a vast stock product line, Premco is specialist in the production of jacquard elastic tapes for use in underwear manufacture. Founded in 1966, The Premco Group of Companies was a pioneer amongst Indian trading houses in the manufacture and export of high-fashion ready-made garments to department, chain stores and boutiques in international markets across the United States, Europe, and the Latin Americas. Over the years, additions to the group included Premco Silk Mills, Narrowleen Fabrics, and Premco Narrow Fabrics, all manufacturing specialty textile and fabric materials for the apparel and home furnishing industries. In 1977, Premco Global ventured into manufacturing high-quality Woven and Knitted Elastic and Rigid narrow fabric and tape products designed for use in industry-specific applications in the apparel, lingerie, sports-related, medical, footwear, luggage and automotive fields.

About Shree Manufacturing Company Ltd

Shree manufacturing Company Limited was incorporated in November, 1976 to take over the assets and liabilities of Indian Copper Corporation Ltd. (ICCL).
ICCL was nationalised in 1972 by the Government of India and ICCL was paid a compensation of Rs 7.50 Crore. Initially, the Company was engaged in investment business.
Subsequently, it set up a spinning mill with 15,840 spindle-capacity for the manufacture of synthetic blended yarn, in the Medak district of Andhra Pradesh.
It commenced the commercial production in April, 1984. The Company issued 287000 12% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each to ICICI Ltd., in lieu of outstanding term loan of 2.87 crores on private placement basis. The Company has become a sick company as its accumulated losses exceeded the Net Worth.
