Prestige Estates Projects Limited commenced its operations as a partnership firm on April 1, 1986, under the name and style of 'Prestige Estates and Properties'.
On June 4, 1997, the Firm was registered as a private limited company with the name Prestige Estates Projects Private Limited.
All of the business and property of the erstwhile partnership firm therefore became vested in the company.
In November, 2009, the company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to Prestige Estates Projects Limited. The Company is one of the leading real estate development companies with projects in residential, office, retail and hospitality segment.
Its operations are spread across South India, Pune, Goa and Ahmedabad.

About Saffron Industries Ltd

Saffron Industries Limited was erstwhile incorporated as Madhya Desh Papers Limited in 1993.
The Company changed the name from Madhya Desh Papers Limited to Saffron Industries Limited effective from June 10, 2011.
Promoted by the Maheshwari family, the Company initially, was engaged in manufacture of Newsprint and Uncoated papers. The Plant located in Nagpur District of Maharashtra set up with an installed capacity of 15180 TPA, has increased and have an installed capacity of 21780 Tones per annum.
A Co-generation Power plant commissioned on December 15, 2001 for providing low cost uninterrupted power and steam to the Paper Plant. In 2004, the Company implemented and commissioned its upgradation facilities comprising of Hot Dispersion and two stage De-inking facility. The Company has engaged in the business of real estate development, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects during the year 2025.
