About Prima Plastics Ltd

Prima Plastics Limited was incorporated as a Public limited company on 17 November, 1993.
The Company came out with a public issue in Apr.'95.
The Company is the leading manufacturers and exporters of plastic furniture products in India.
At present, it operate nearly 7 production facilities worldwide out of which 4 Plants are operating in India at Daman (2), Kerala & Ongole and other 3 operating globally at Cameroon - West Africa and Guatemala - Central America. The Company began its export business in 1996.
It started manufacturing chairs and have since then expanded product to include Moulded Furniture, Pallets, Insulated box, Crates, Road Safety Products, Waste Management Products and others.

About Safari Industries (India) Ltd

Started as a partnership Firm in 1974 to manufacture plastic moulded luggage at Bombay, Safari Industries (India) Limited became a Private Limited Company in 1980 and a Public Limited company in February, 1986.
It was promoted by Sudhir M. Jatia.
Company is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of luggage and luggage accessories. The Company manufactures injection moulded plastic articles and vacuum formed plastic articles, at its plants at Bombay and Halol, Gujarat.
The unit at Mumbai is mainly an assembly shop manufacturing plastic moulded luggage from bought out components.
Fully integrated plant at Halol, for the manufacture of plastic moulded luggage, was set up in 1982 with an installed capacity of 840 tpa.
