It also engages in trading of securities. During the period 2012-2013, the Company was involved in corporate restructuring.
Through the Scheme of Arrangement dated March 22, 2013, Loire Impex Private Limited, Rhone Sales Private Limited, Omura Developers Private Limited and Zeal Computech Private Limited were amalgamated with the Company and the Investment Business of the Company got demerged into Catalyst International Limited.
The Company allotted 3277600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- fully paid up on 14th August 2013 to the shareholders of Loire Impex Private Limited, Rhone Sales Private Limited, Omura Developers Private Limited and Zeal Computech Private Limited for consideration other than cash as per the scheme of Arrangement.
