Subsequently, the name of Company was changed to 'Q-Line Biotech Private Limited on July 23, 2021.
Further, Company was converted from a private company to public company and the name of Company was changed to 'Q-Line Biotech Limited', via fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 08, 2025 issued by Central Processing Centre. The Company is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing of diverse range of reagents (including kits and POC devices) & consumables and manufacturing, importing, distribution/supply of diagnostic equipment for different diagnostic healthcare needs.

Scan Projects Limited, formerly known as Ambala Cements Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in February, 1992 and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company in June, 1996.
Name of the Company was changed to Scan Project Limited on December 9, 2010.
The management of the Company has changed its main objects and is engaged in providing engineering services, including erection, commissioning, and supervision services, as well as trading in fabricating materials, designing and project drawing equipment parts, and other related items.
