Tacent Projects Limited was erstwhile incorporated as Rahul Merchandising Limited in 1993.
A proprietorship concern, Rahul Industrial Corporation, engaged in garment exports was taken over by the Company in December 1993.
Rahul Industrial Corporation was a Government-recognized Export House.
With approval of the shareholders by way of Special Resolution and approval of the Registrar of Companies, vide Certificate dated December 4, 2024, the name of the Company has been changed from 'Rahul Merchandising Limited' to 'Tacent Projects Limited.'
