Quest Laboratories Limited was originally incorporated as 'Quest Laboratories Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated June 01, 1998, with the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior.
Thereafter, the status of the Company changed to Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to 'Quest Laboratories Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued on January 23, 2024, by Centralised Processing Centre. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of pharmaceutical formulations including antibiotics, antimalarials, antispasmodics, anti-inflammatories, antiemetics, respiratory medications, diabetes treatments, antidepressants, and more.
It produces a variety of products, comprising ethical drugs, generic drugs, and over-the-counter drugs (OTC).
The Company is an ISO 9001:2015 in accordance with the requirements Quality Management System standard.

Venmax Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited, (VDPL) was initially incorporated as Private Company as 'Yenkay Medico Private Limited', on 28 September, 1998.
The Company thereafter changed its name to 'Yenkey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Private Limited' on 18 January, 1995.
It became a Public Limited Company on February 3, 1995 as 'Yenkey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited'.
Finally, the Company changed its name to 'Venmax Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited' on April 13, 2009. For the past six months, Company focused on establishing chain of Medical Stores with a brand name as 'Ananya Pharma' under the Venmax Drugs & Pharma Limited, with the backing support of Formulations plant (Suzichem Labs).
At present, Company is engaged in the business of pharmaceutical products, drug intermediaries & API's etc. The Company is developing the oncology products in R&D.
