Incorporated on December 2, 1987, R S Software (India) Limited was promoted by R R Jain, West Bengal Electronics Industry Development Corporation, Technology Development & Information Company of India and Risk Capital & Technology Finance Corporation.
The Company has focused on providing software solution to electronic payment industries since its inception and is presently engaged in development, testing and maintenance of software for clients based in different geographies.
Company also operates in US, UK and India. Company came out with a public issue at a premium of Rs 10 in Mar.'94 to part-finance the project of developing offshore software jobs at its existing hardware set-up in India for clients abroad. R S Software and Hanover Direct of the US have joined hands to set up a joint venture company in the US with the US partner holding 60% of the equity and RS Software 40 %.

Seshachal Technologies Limited was initially incorporated as Supan Syntech Limited' in November, 1994.
The name of the Company was changed to Parichay Education Limited in March, 2002 and again to Javelin Technologies Limited in July, 2003 and later on the name was changed to Seshachal Technologies Limited on October 31, 2007.
The name of the Company has been changed from 'Seshachal Technologies Limited' to 'Antriksh Service Technologies Limited' with effect from June, 13, 2025. The Company commenced its business from 25th November, 1994.
It had set up a project for manufacturing furnishing fabrics for export purpose in Udhana district of Surat.
The proposed installed capacity for production of these products was 6,48,000 mtrs. per year of different types of furnishing fabrics like tapestry, upholstery and heavy curtain cloths.
