About Rachana Infrastructure Ltd

The Promoter, Mr. Girishbhai Raval, had initially started with small contracts with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation in 1991 and Rachana Infrastructure Limited was incorporated on 29 June, 2001 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. The Company is the mid size private sector company engaged in the business of Infrastructure Projects, Building Construction work, Quarry Mining and Trading.
In the very initial periods, the Company got contracts from Government (Zilla Panchayat) at a very small scale.
In addition, it gradually expanded through subcontracts from the major infrastructure companies from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Assam and many other states.
Over a period of time, it got expertise in traditional construction of Buildings, Road Construction, Irrigation, Hydro power Project and Mining.

About W S Industries (India) Ltd

W S Industries (India) Limited (WSI), was initially incorporated as 'W S Insulators of India Limited' in 1961.
The name of the Company was changed to W S Industries (India) Limited in 1987.
The Company promoted by N S Sethuraman and V Srinivasan's group of Hydro S & S Industries and W S Telesystems is into manufacture of a wide range of insulators, lightning arresters, coupling capacitors, capacity voltage transformers, instrument transformers, line traps and reactors.
The Company is also into collaboration with Messwandler, Germany for manufacture of oil-insulated and SF-6 instruments. To part finance its Rs.20.18 crore modernisation programme and to meet its working capital needs the company came out with a rights issue(aggregating Rs.13.35 crores at a premium of Rs.30) in December 1992.
