The Company is a leading chain of multi-specialty pediatric, and obstetrics & gynecology hospitals in India, operating 19 hospitals and 5 outpatient clinic centers across 6 cities, with a total bed capacity of 1,935 beds, five of which are NABH-accredited and three of which have 183 received EDGE certification.
The core specialties are Pediatrics and Obstetrics & Gynecology and emergency services.

Soni Medicare Limited was incorporated in the name of 'Soni Hospital Private Limited' on 2 August, 1988 with Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.
On March 30, 1995, name of the Company was changed to Soni Medicare Private Limited.
Later, it converted into a Public Limited Company and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on 17 April, 1995.
The name of the Company was changed to Soni Medicare Limited. In order to part-finance its project, the company came out with a public issue in Apr.'96.
