About Rajesh Power Services Ltd

Rajesh Power Services Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm in the name and style of 'Rajesh Traders' pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated May 5, 1971 Registration Certificate issued by Registrar of Firms, Ahmedabad.
Subsequently, the Firm converted to Private Entity as 'Rajesh Power Services Private Limited' on 10 February, 2010 and then the Company was converted to Rajesh Power Services Limited and fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on June 26, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Company, under the leadership of Mr. Kurang and Mr. Rajendra entered into solar power generation by setting up 1MW Solar Power Plant in Surendra Nagar district of Gujarat, in year 2012.
This plant was setup by the Company in 2012 by the Gujarat Government.
The Solar plant is currently operational and generating solar power and supplying power to PGVCL DISCOM.

VVIP Infratech Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name of 'Vibhor Builders Private Limited' on August 10, 2001 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
The name of Company was changed to Vibhor Vaibhav Infra Private Limited vide certificate dated December 17, 2007.
The name of Company was again changed from 'Vibhor Vaibhav Infra Private Limited to VVIP Infratech Private Limited' vide certificate dated November 01, 2023.
Thereafter, Company converted from Private Limited to Public Limited and the name of Company was changed from 'VVIP Infratech Private Limited' to 'VVIP Infratech Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 02, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Praveen Tyagi, was the Promoter Founder of VVIP Group, who started his career as a civil contractor in the year 1991.
