The name of the Company was changed from Sheetal Diamond Limited to Rajnish Retail Limited with due approval from Registrar of Companies on March 27, 2024. The company came out with a public issue in Apr.'95, aggregating Rs 2 cr, to part-finance a semi-automatic diamond polishing/ exporting unit with an installed capacity of 2.

About RCC Cements Ltd

RCC Cements Limited was incorporated as Rishabh Cement Company Pvt Ltd on 3 April 1991.
It was subsequently converted into a Public limited company in August, 1995 and acquired its present name in October 1995. The company set up plant in the Gurgaon district of Haryana to manufacture 50 tons per day of ordinary portland cement as a small scale industrial (SSI) unit.
Commercial production of 33 grade cement commenced in Jun.'94.
It started the manufacture of 43 grade cement in Oct.'95. In 1995-96, it increased the capacity from 50 tons per day to 200 tons per day to manufacture ordinary Portland cement, aluminous cement, slag cement, super sulphate cement and similar hydraulic cements.
