The Company was founded by the late Sh.
H.L. Bansal, and is currently managed by his son, Mr. Naresh Kumar Bansal, and his grandson, Mr. Richi Bansal.
The Company is engaged in manufacturing of Steel Pipes & tubes and related products.
The Company's manufacturing facilities are located at Sahibabad, in Ghaziabad District of Uttar Pradesh and Khopoli, in Raigarh District of Maharashtra. The current installed capacity is 2,94,000 metric tonnes (MT).

Scoda Tubes Limited was incorporated as 'Scoda Tubes Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 10, 2008, and received Certificate of Commencement of business dated November 12, 2008, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
The Company is engaged in the business manufacture of Stainless-Steel Pipes & Tubes. Scoda Tubes is a stainless-steel tubes and pipes manufacturer, specialising in the production of seamless and welded products in a single metal category i.e., stainless steel.
The products are used in diversified industrial companies engaged in Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Fertilisers, Power, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Railways and Transportation sectors, both domestically and internationally.
In addition, the Company operate a hot piercing mill for the production of mother hollow, having a production capacity of 20,000 MT per annum; 10,068 MT per annum of seamless products and 1,020 MT per annum of welded tubes.
