About Rap Corp Ltd

Rap Corp Limited was initially incorporated in 1994 under the name 'Rap Media Limited'.
The name of the Company has changed from Rap Media Limited to Rap Corp Limited with statutory approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs with effect from January 24, 2025. Initially, the Company was carrying on the business of real estate and construction, running of various malls and multiplexes, in recent past and the Company was having various sites/ malls located into the various parts of northern region of India.
During the past few years, the Company kept all its projects on hold due to adverse market conditions.
Thereafter, it stopped the business of leasing trucks/cars since last two years.
Later on, the RAP Magnum Mall at Meerut became operational in 2008-09. During the year 2017-18, Company passed the special resolution through Postal Ballot dated 25th March, 2018 for selling of Land of the Company situated at Hissa No.

Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited, formerly known Texmaco Limited, a KK Birla Group Company was incorporated on August 04, 1939.
Following the restructuring of Texmaco Limited post demerger of the Heavy Engineering and Steel Foundry businesses to Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd, the Company changed its name to Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited on February 20, 2012.
The Company is presently concentrated in the businesses of Real Estate, Mini Hydro Power, Trading of goods and Job work services. The Company is a leading diversified Engineering Complex and an Infrastructure Company in India.
The Company is the leader in the fields of Railway Freight Cars/Wagons, Hydro-Mechanical Equipment for Mega Power Projects, Heavy Steel Structures and Process Equipment.
It has 5 factories on the northern fringe of Kolkata.
