About Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd
Incorporated in 1984, Rasandik Engineering Industries India Limited is mainly engaged in manufacturing of sheet metal components, muffler assemblies, fuel tank, tools & dies for motor vehicles, spare parts and Manufacturing of electric 3 wheeler (L-5) category.
To supply several components, the Company diversified into manufacturing of Press Tools & Dies and offering a 'One Stop Shop' to customers.
In 2003, the Company set up Lab for Fuel Tank Life Cycle Tests.
It commissioned 1200T HYD Press in 2004.
In June 2006, the Company set up Tailor Welded Blanks (TWB) system.
The Pune Plant for Sheet Metal Components Assembly Unit was made fully operational in 2007-08.
About Sibar Auto Parts Ltd
Sibar Auto Parts Limited (SAPL) was incorporated in February 1983 as a Private Limited Company and was converted into a Public Limited Company in March 1994.
It was promoted by P V Narayana and A Chenna Krishnaiah.
The Company presently manufactures and markets aluminium hard chrome plated cylinder kits for two-wheelers.
The Company is carrying on the business of manufacturing of auto components such as Cylinder Heads, Crankcases for Three Wheelers, Aluminium parts for CAC tanks, Aluminium Parts in Electrical Segments such as Connectors, Core boxes etc.
Its products are well suited for vehicles produced by several leading companies in the world like Motto Beccane, Peugeot, TVS, Enfield, Bajaj, Hero Majestic and Kinetic.
In 1996 SAPL increased the installed capacity of Cylinders from 20000 to 35000 total increase of 15000 cylinders with existing infrastructure facilities.
