Raymond Realty Limited was incorporated as a public Company in name and style of Raymond Lifestyle Limited' dated November 14, 2019 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
Further, Company name was changed to Raymond Realty Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 5, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
Company was incorporated with the objective to engage in business of builders, developers and allied real estate related activities.
Prior to the Scheme of Arrangement being approved by Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, Company was a wholly owned Subsidiary of Raymond Limited.
Pursuant to the Scheme becoming effective, the whole of the 'Realty Business' referred to as the Demerged Undertaking of the Company under the Scheme, has been demerged from Raymond Limited and vested into the Company with effect from April 1, 2025.
About Vas Infrastructure Ltd
Vas Infrastructure Limited, initially incorporated in February, 1994 as a Private Limited Company as 'Vasparr Consultancy Services Private Limited' was converted into a Public Limited Company in September, 1994.
The Company was renamed to Vas Animation & Entertainment Limited' (VAEL) during the year 1999-2000 and thereafter, to 'Vas Infrastructure Limited' w.e.f. 29 July, 2006.
