About Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd
Incorporated in 1977 in Maharashtra, Reliance Chemotex Industries Limited (RCIL) is engaged in manufacturing and sale of Synthetic & blended Yarn.
The Company commenced as a small spinning mill that addressed the needs of apparel fabric manufacturers in 1979.
In 1982, it expanded the production capacity to 16,320 spindles.
The Company implemented a modernisation-cum-expansion programme to increase its capacity to 17,280 spindles.
It entered the capital market to part-finance this expansion.
It completed expansion programme and the commercial production started from Mar.'96.
To meet its Working Capital requirements the company issued 16% NCD of Rs.300 lacs to IDBI on a private placement basis.
About Shalimar Wires Industries Ltd
Shalimar Wires Industries Limited, a member of Shalimar(Satya) Group was established in September, 1996.
The Company is manufacturer of Metal Wire Cloths, Synthetic Woven Fabrics, Dandy Roll and Accessories, EDM Wires and Strips used in Paper, Pulp & Board Industry and tool room industry etc.
Its plants are located in Uttarpara(WB) and Nashik(Maharashtra).
The Company replaced Heater, Tenter and some other equipment and also added one Loom in its Uttarpara factory in 2006.
Later, it started commercial production in two imported Looms and added two imported seaming machines, one Stretching Machine and other equipments in its manufacturing facility at Uttarpara unit in West Bengal in 2024.
With this, the modernisation/expansion plan by addition of new machineries was completed in 2024.
The Company has added one more LOOM BK 860 from Schlatter, Germany in its production capacity in FY 2025.
