Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 21, 2026 was issued by the Central Processing centre. The Company provide integrated solutions comprising laboratory setup, curriculum design, training modules and academic support services, enabling educational institutions to implement robotics and artificial intelligence-based learning programs through a single service provider.
The integrated approach covers the entire lifecycle of a project, including requirement assessment, infrastructure setup, content delivery, teacher training and ongoing academic and technical support.
