About Ruchi Infrastructure Ltd

Ruchi Infrastructure Limited (RIL) was incorporated on 28 August 1984 as Columbia Leasing & Finance Limited.
It changed the name to Ruchi Infrastructure & Finance Limited on 2 September 1994 and again to Ruchi Infrastructure Limited on 14 June 1995.
The Company is primarily engaged in the businesses of Storage infrastructure for handling bulk storage of liquid commodities such as edible oils, petroleum etc, Infrastructure Development and Refining of Edible oils and manufacture of Vanaspati.
The state of the art production facility of the Company for refining of edible oils and manufacture of vanaspati is located at Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh. During 1997-98, the company has installed liquid storage facalities at Chennai, Kakinada and Mangalore Ports, it has also started construction work at Haldia.

Sotefin Bharat Limited was initially incorporated on 16 March, 2012 with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata as 'Pisa- Sotefin Parking Private Limited'.
The name of the Company was changed to Sotefin Parking Private Limited' on November 17, 2016 and further changed to Sotefin Bharat Private Limited on January 1, 2025.
The Company was subsequently converted into a public limited company with effect from November 28, 2025 granted by the ROC, West Bengal. Incorporated in 2012, Sotefin Bharat Limited is engaged in the business of providing mechanised and automated car parking solutions, in developing solutions of various scales-ranging from small installations to large, high-capacity parking structures capable of accommodating thousands of vehicles. The Company operate in India with technology support from Sotefin SA, Switzerland, a global innovator in automated parking systems since 1956.
