It mainly deals in EPC consisting of (i) Piping System, (ii) Tanks and vessels and fabricated structures; and (iii) fire protection and detection systems / firefighting systems (FFS). The Company was established on November 8, 2001 as Samay Project Services Private Limited', a Private Limited Company by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu.
The status of the Company converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Samay Project Services Limited' dated August 7, 2024 issued by the Central Processing Centre.

About Udayshivakumar Infra Ltd

Udayshivakumar Infra Limited was originally formed as a sole proprietorship under the name M/s Udayshivakumar' at Davangere on August 22, 2002 and later on, converted into a Partnership Firm M/s.
