Thereafter, name of the Company was changed from Lohats Ventures Private Limited' to Sathlokhar Synergys Private Limited', issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai on August 06, 2014 and further to Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Private Limited' on January 09, 2024.
Subsequently, the Company became public limited and the name was changed from Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Private Limited' to Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Limited' on February 15, 2024. The Company is engaged in Engineering, Procurement and Construction EPC (Design and Build) & Infra Turnkey Contracting business.
The Company has undertaken various Construction of Buildings (Design& Build) & Infrastructure Facilities Industrial/ Warehouse, PEB Buildings, Commercial, Institutional, Hospital/ Pharma Projects, Residential, Hotels/ Resorts & Solar projects, which also offers Project Management Consultancy Services under a single point responsibility.
