VSF Projects Limited, formerly Vijaya Shrimp Farms and Export Limited was incorporated in June, 1992.
The Company is engaged in Construction and Infrastructure development and Execution.
Prior to this, it was engaged in the business of shrimp and prawn culture.
The Company is setting up of a multi-product FTWZ at Anakalapatur Village, SPSR Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh over an area of 50Ha (132.96 Acres). The Company came out with a public issue during Dec.'93 to set up an acqua culture farm in Andhra Pradesh and cultivate Black Tiger variety as an 100% EOU. Harvesting the ponds was also hampered and restricted to 6 ponds due to cyclonic heavy rains and floods during October 1996.
