SG Mart Limited was originally incorporated as 'Jarigold Textiles Limited' in April, 1985.
Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed from 'Jarigold Textiles Limited' to 'Kintech Renewables Limited' on August 22, 2015 and further to 'SG Mart Limited' on October 7, 2023. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of trading and processing of building material products.
The company's product range include Hot-Rolled Coils, Steel Billets, Zinc Ingots, etc.
It has a network of 5 operational service centres.
Initially, Company was into the business of manufacture and selling of textile products. In year 2014-15, Mr. Jigar Shah and Mr. Ambalal Patel acquired 986,620 equity shares from the former promoters on March 31, 2015.

About Sterling Powergensys Ltd

Sterling Powergensys Limited, formerly known as Sterling Strips Private Limited was incorporated as Private Company on October 22, 1984 and subsequently converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Sterling Powergensys Limited in September, 2014. The primary objective of setting up this engineering company was for manufacturing of oil/gas fired industrial boilers.
The key promoters of the Company were S. Venkata Subramanian and Premchand Shah.
To garner funds to expand its boiler manufacturing capacity, the Company went in for a public issue of shares in 1994, prior to which it obtained the status of a Public Limited Company, on October 19, 1994 and got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The Company manufactured more than 400 industrial boilers and Waste Heat Recovery Boilers in technical collaboration with Siller & Jamart, Germany, covering steam generation capacity and installed the same encompassing all leading business houses in India.
