About Shankara Buildpro Ltd

Shankara Buildpro Limited was incorporated as 'Shankara Buildpro Private Limited' on October 13, 2023, as a wholly owned subsidiary of SBPL, in the state of Karnataka.
Further, pursuant to conversion of Company from private company into public company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Shankara Buildpro Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 30, 2023.
The Company was incorporated with the primary focus on engaging in retailing, trading, warehousing, wholesale distribution and ecommerce activities related to all building materials. The Trading Business of erstwhile promoter SBPL got transferred into the Company as a going concern. pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger with effect from April 01, 2024, making it effective from 9th September 2025.
Prior to transfer of Trading Business from SBPL to Company, the Company had not commenced revenue-generating operations and did not have any income from operations.

About Transglobe Foods Ltd

Transglobe Foods Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Company on 11th November, 1986 and converted into a Public Company on 25th January, 1993.
Certificate of Change of Name was issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on 29th March, 1993. The Company was earlier engaged in the production of processed fruits and vegetable products.
Commercial production started in March, 1990.
At present, the Company is in manufacturing producing, processing, importing and exporting of vegetarian and non-vegetarian processed foods from grain, cereals, seeds, vegetables, fruits, plants, oilseeds, edible oil, meal, fish and eggs.
