The Company name was changed to Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited upon the Scheme of Amalgamation w.e.f.
August 14, 2007.
The Company is in the business of infrastructure Development, Construction & Real Estate, including hospitality. In Nov.'93, the company came out with a public issue to augment its long-term resources and also to strengthen its capital base.
The company has adopted aggressive marketing of its housing loan schemes.

About Swadeshi Polytex Ltd

Incorporated in March, 1970, Swadeshi Polytex Limited (SPL) was promoted by the Swadeshi Cotton Mills Company.
It entered into a collaboration with Clickers Zimmer, Frankfurt, Germany, for the purchase of machinery and supply of technical know-how.
Initially, the Company manufactured polyester staple fibre.
Presently, it is engaged in the activities of Real Estate Development and allied business. The company has been stagnating since its inception.
