Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to Shyama Infosys Limited in 2006 - 2007.
With due approval from the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Company has altered a change of name to Shyama Computronics & Services Limited on July 16, 2024. The Company is mainly engaged in information technology services.
Apart from the same, it also engaged in investment activities.
Earlier, it was into manufacturing and trading of drug intermediates in India. The year 2010-2011 was challenging task for the entire Indian IT Service industry.
