About Simplex Infrastructures Ltd

Simplex Infrastructures Limited (SIL) is a diversified Infrastructure Company established on December 19, 1924 under the control of H.P. Lancaster of the United Kingdom, and later on was taken over by the Kolkata-based Mundra family after the Indian independence.
The Company has been executing projects in several verticals like Piling, Energy and Power, Mining, Buildings & Housing, Marine, Roads and Highways, Railways, Urban infrastructures etc. Since inception, SIL had introduced cast-in-situ driven piles in Asia, at Kolkata.
Then, the company had started construction of major Steel Plants during the year 1935 and had built King George Docs, Mumbai in 1940.
SIL had entered into the civil & structural construction of Industrial Projects during the year 1952 and further forayed into Housing and Building segment in the period of 1955.

About Viviana Power Tech Ltd

Viviana Power Tech Private Limited was incorporated as Private Limited Company on December 30, 2014 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Subsequently, the Company converted into Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to 'Viviana Power Tech Limited' w.e.f.
May 14, 2022. Presently, Company is engaged in the business of Erection and installation of Power transmission, Distribution and Maintenance of Power Stations.
It provide services such as Power Transmission, EHV substation, Testing and Commissioning of sub-station and Transmission, Power Distribution Network Establishment, Underground Cable laying, upgradation and modification of existing power system.
Apart from these, it undertake turnkey jobs for Supply, Civil, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of all types of electrical system.
