Name of the Company was changed from Vishwakarma Securities Limited to Paramatma Enterprises Limited on December 27, 2005 and further was renamed as Skyline Ventures India Limited on November 11, 2010.
The Company started operations as an investment Company in Andhra Pradesh.
The Company diversified the business operations in 2005 into the infrastructure, power and other sectors and is presently engaged into the business of Construction and Trading. The Company has a well diversified business portfolio spread across ten business verticals viz., Buildings & Housing, Roads, Water & Environment, Electrical, Irrigation, Metals, Power, International, Mining and Railways.
It executed complex engineering projects across the country.

Vikas Lifecare Limited (VLL) was originally incorporated as Vikas Multicorp Limited in 1995.
The Company changed the name from 'Vikas Multicorp Limited' to 'Vikas Lifecare Limited' by passing a Special Resolution upon change of name on April 09, 2021.
The Company operates in the business of recycling plastic waste and trading of polymer compounds, manufacturing of polymers compounds.
