Space Incubatrics Technologies Limited (SITL), is a public limited Company and was incorporated on June 29, 2016.
The Company has been incorporated with the objects to develop or get developed Data Communications Services, Incubation Facilities, Training and Value Added Services in the field of app development. The Hon'ble NCLT, Allahabad bench vide its Order dated February 22, 2018, sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement among Sybly Industries Limited (SIL) and the Company and Vartex Fabrics Private Limited and Dux Textiles Private Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
The Scheme became effective from March 03, 2018.
As a result of the Scheme, some investments of Sybly Industries Limited became investments of the Company and M/s Sybly International FZE, Sharjah (UAE) became the Subsidiary of the Company.

Updater Services Limited was incorporated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu as Updater Services Private Limited' dated November 13, 2003 issued by the RoC. Thereafter, Company converted from a Private Limited to a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to Updater Services Limited', via fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 24, 2022 issued by the RoC. Company is engaged in providing facility management services like integrated facility management services to various industries such as information technology, information technology enabled services, manufacturing, hospitality and other industries and catering services, which includes industrial catering, and services at food courts.
