The Company has changed its nature of business during the year 2025 by amending the object clause with the approval of the members dated February 13, 2025 and is operating in the business of Construction Machinery, Footwear, Steel and Agri-Commodity.

Swadeshi Industries & Leasing Limited was incorporated on September 30, 1974 at Calcutta as a Private Limited Company and converted into a Public Limited Company on 31st October, 1983.
