Company subsequently acquired the entire business of M/s Manohar Lal Jaigopal Agro Industries and M/s S.S Agro India, Sole Proprietorship concern of Mr. Ishu Munjal vide Business Transfer Agreement effective from April 1, 2024.
It was converted to a public limited company and the name was changed to 'SSMD Agrotech India Limited'.
