On October 18, 2013 Company came up with a Public Issue of 45,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 9 crores. The Company is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) primarily engaged in lending activities.
The principal business of the Company is to give loans.
The Working Capital Loan provide short-term financial support for hassle-free management of day-to-day operations; easy option to cover recurring expenses like inventory management, accounts payable and payroll; flexible options to cater to seasonal fluctuations in business.
