About Supershakti Metaliks Ltd

Supershakti Metaliks Limited was initially incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the name 'Quentz Dealtrade Private Limited' on December 12, 2012.
The name of the Company was changed to 'Supershakti Metaliks Private Limited' on November 12, 2014.
Subsequently, it converted to a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Supershakti Metaliks Limited' on May 03, 2018. The Company is into the manufacturing of diversified products of secondary Steel through Induction Furnace route and currently operating a Steel Melting Section to produce semi-finished product (i.e.
Billet) and Rolling Mill Section to produce Wire Rods, HB Wires, and Binding Wires etc. in its plant. Unit-1 started manufacturing operations in year 1995.
In 2013, company was a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Group Company, Super Smelters Limited, also a Company under the Flagship of Sai Group'.

Zenith Steel Pipes & Industries Limited was formerly incorporated as 'Zenith Limited' on August 5, 1960.
The name of the Company was changed from 'Zenith Limited' to 'Zenith Birla (India) Limited' on October 18, 2005 and later, to 'Zenith Steel Pipes & Industries Limited' on February 12, 2020. The Company has pioneered in the field of manufacturing of ERW and Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Pipes.
They operate in two divisions, namely pipes division at Khopoli and tools division at Nasik and Aurangabad.
The tool division is engaged in manufacturing HSS cutting tools and is focused towards the auto/engineering segment. The company was established with the main object to manufacture black welded and galvanized steel pipes and was promoted by house of Birla.
Also, they came out with their first public issue of equity share during the year.
